Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Customer Development Executive to promote the Walls portfolio to independent retailers in Oldbury and surrounding areas. You will manage a data-led territory plan, grow distribution, availability, and in-store impact while building strong customer relationships.

This fixed-term, full-time role offers a starting salary of £29,000 with a 10% bonus, lunch allowance, and a company vehicle with fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, Direct Sales, or Field Sales is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Organised with strong administration and planning ability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers by building strong, long-lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
• Drive in-store execution, ensuring availability, compliance, and visibility.
• Create and deliver a territory business plan to grow distribution and market share.
• Use data to track performance, hit KPIs, and share best practices.
• Manage CAPEX assets like freezers and premium POS to meet terms.
• Support JBPs within QSR chains at store level.
• Maintain accurate systems, reporting, and compliance.
