Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company seeks a Customer Development Executive to promote the Walls portfolio to independent customers and to win high-potential accounts in Cornwall and surrounding areas. You will work from a territory plan, drive distribution, availability, visibility and adherence to terms across stores with strong support from the Regional Manager.

You’ll develop relationships, use data to steer decisions and aim for sales growth while ensuring compliant execution of Joint Business Plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG, direct sales or field sales is desirable.
• Able to develop accounts or territories and drive growth.
• IT-literate with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers by building strong relationships and delivering tailored in-store solutions.
• Drive in-store execution to maximise availability, compliance and visibility.
• Create and deliver a territory business plan to grow distribution and market share.
• Use data/insights to track performance and support the team with KPIs.
• Manage assets such as POS materials and equipment in outlets.
• Support Joint Business Plans within key retail accounts at store level.
• Maintain accurate admin, reporting and compliance tasks.
