The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Central London and surrounding areas. You will manage a territory of mixed outlets, mainly convenience stores and supermarkets, driving growth and visibility for iconic brands.

You will deliver engaging store visits, build strong retailer relationships, and support seasonal activation plans while working 40 hours per week in a permanent role with a competitive package.

Formación

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Passionate about brands and retail.
• Strong selling and storytelling skills to drive engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of your territory, targets, and KPIs.
• Deliver professional and effective store visits.
• Build strong relationships with key store decision-makers and add value in every visit.
• Improve product availability and visibility in stores.
• Increase brand awareness and engagement, ensuring agreed ranges and plans are maintained.
• Act as the “eyes and ears” of TMICC by identifying opportunities, issues, and competitor activity.
• Accurately record and report all required information.
