Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is looking for a Customer Development Executive to promote the Walls portfolio across independent retailers in Oldbury and surrounding areas. You will drive distribution, in-store visibility, and compliance, building strong relationships with customers and executing Joint Business Plans where appropriate.

Ideal candidates are commercially minded, resilient, and IT-literate, with a full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and ability to commute from Oldbury.
• Commercially focused with a drive to win and grow the territory.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; IT-literate.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Walls portfolio to independent customers and identify new high-potential accounts.
• Drive distribution, visibility, and compliance; execute territory strategy.
• Use data to track KPIs and support territory team with best practices.
• Manage CAPEX assets like freezers and premium POS; ensure contractual terms.
• Support Joint Business Plans with QSR chains at store level.
