Job summary

At Zuno, you will take ownership of a portfolio of engineers, acting as the primary contact to build trust, understand needs, and ensure ongoing value from the platform. The role blends relationship management, customer success, and commercial awareness in a target-driven environment.

You’ll engage engineers across your territory, keep them active on the platform, and spot opportunities to grow these relationships while promoting Zuno products and services.

Qualifications

• Must have prior account, customer success, or relationship management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple relationships.
• Clear commercial awareness and opportunity spotting.
• Comfortable phone conversations and remote relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineers portfolio and be main point of contact.
• Engage regularly to understand needs and challenges.
• Keep engineers active and accessing work via Zuno.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and cross-sell Zuno products.
• Gather feedback to improve service and retention.
