Zuno is seeking a Product Manager to shape and improve its custom-built internal platform that powers installation jobs, engineer management, order fulfilment, and customer support for major UK installers.

You will own a post-purchase area, work with a cross-functional squad, and drive the roadmap with a focus on measurable ROI and scalable impact. Strong collaboration, agile mindset, and data fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years as a Product Manager in a tech, fast-paced environment.
• You are outcome-focused with measurable ROI and business impact.
• You communicate clearly at all levels to influence direction.
• You understand agile principles and ship value regularly.
• You are comfortable using data tools to inform decisions and measure success.
• You learn quickly and build strong squad relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined area within the post-purchase tribe and lead a cross-functional squad end-to-end.
• Define and drive the product roadmap aligned to strategy and OKRs.
• Blend user research, business context and data to identify priorities and validate solutions.
• Take ownership with prioritisation by impact, effort and value.
• Define success metrics and use data to evaluate outcomes and iterate.
• Communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders including leadership.
• Identify risks and dependencies and act to address them.
• Help mature the product org, processes, and development culture.
