Join Zuno in Leeds to support engineers entering our platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement. You will guide new engineers, help them access work and become active, long-term members of the Zuno ecosystem.

A proactive, phone-savvy relationship builder will thrive here, promoting rewards and the store while tracking engagement and retention metrics. We value commercial awareness, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based role, ideally in customer retention or success.
• Proactive and organised approach to work.
• Confident engaging with people over the phone and through digital channels.
• Customer-focused mindset with commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard newly signed-up engineers, ensuring they have what they need to start well.
• Encourage engineers to stay active and engaged with the Zuno platform.
• Promote rewards, incentives and referral opportunities to new engineers.
• Support initiatives such as referral programmes and onboarding rewards.
• Promote the Zuno store and communicate its benefits to engineers.
• Gather feedback to improve the onboarding experience.
• Work towards targets for retention, engagement, acquisitions and store sales.
