Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic and McCurrach are seeking a Customer Development Executive to drive sales of beers, ciders and soft drinks in Paisley and surrounding areas. This permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a starting salary of £30,000 base plus a 20% bonus, plus a company vehicle and fuel card.

You will build relationships with Symbol & Independent retailers, implement a territory plan, and use data to grow market share while ensuring excellent brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in Direct Sales/Convenience or FMCG is a plus.
• Good administration, organisational and planning skills are required.
• Self-motivated with IT and social media literacy.
• Energetic, resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell our Beers, Ciders and Soft Drinks portfolio to Convenience retailers (Symbol & Independent).
• Establish and retain new business opportunities within your territory.
• Deliver a territory business plan to maximise sales opportunities and market share.
• Build outstanding relationships with retailers and understand local consumer needs.
• Use data and evidence to drive best practices across the team.
