Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Customer Development Executive in the Slough area to drive sales of beers, ciders and soft drinks. You will work face-to-face with convenience retailers, building relationships, delivering a territory plan, and maximizing shelf presence.

The role offers a £30,000 starting salary plus a 20% bonus and requires a full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with DVLA checks on offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face selling experience or aptitude preferred.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with retailers.
• Negotiation skills to secure shelf presence and promotions.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face contact with convenience retailers (Symbol & Independent).
• Develop and deliver a territory business plan to grow sales and market share.
• Build outstanding relationships and understand retailer needs to drive solutions.
• Use data to drive best practice and maximize availability/visibility of brands.
