Job summary

NO SAINT is seeking a Field-based Business Development Manager to own a London-area territory and drive sales in independent stores and MSOs across convenience sectors. You will secure listings, manage relationships with shop owners and buyers, and report progress to the Head of Commercial.

The role includes a £32,000–£35,000 base, £5,000 car allowance, and a 15% performance bonus. Core hours are 9:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, with flexibility for fieldwork and occasional trade shows.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales or account management experience.
• Ability to build relationships with store owners and buyers.
• Willingness to travel and drive across UK territory.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive your territory with a plan for stocking.
• Prospect and open new independent retail accounts across convenience, vape specialists, tobacconists, and off-licences.
• Convert interest into first orders and secure listings.
• Drive sales out and manage re-orders.
• Report weekly to Head of Commercial on accounts opened, progress, and performance.
