Job summary

NO SAINT is seeking a field-based Business Development Manager to own the East London territory and drive NO SAINT distribution across independent retailers and MSOs. You will identify stores, secure on-shelf listings, and grow sales out and re-orders in your patch.

You will report to the Head of Commercial, with a 9:00–17:00 schedule, and have a base of £32,000–£35,000 plus £5,000 car allowance and a 15% performance bonus, reflecting ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is essential in field sales, business development, or account management across sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own and build your territory with a clear plan for NO SAINT stock in stores.
• Prospect and open new independent retail accounts and MSOs.
• Convert interest into first orders and secure on-shelf listings with agreed ranges.
