Job summary

Thomas Franks is seeking a Second Chef at our Tonbridge site to support a term-time operation. You will work Monday to Friday, 7:15am to 2:45pm, with a January start, preparing meals for a co-educational prep school of 3–13-year-olds.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and positive attitude in a busy kitchen.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food service areas for daily meals and ensure prompt service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Restock and manage stock during service periods.
• Prepare and serve meals in line with company standards.
• Support head chef with ordering and kitchen organisation.
