Qualifications

• Good general education and numeracy skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills including clear concise communication.
• Cooking experience of fresh foods.
• Experience of Food Safety Management/HACCP systems operation.
• Gain insight into the NNB particular way of working and vetting procedures.
• Previous Large Catering experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation compliance.
• Maintain Caterlink reputation by delivering excellent food and service.
• Oversee daily site operations, inventories, budgets and action plans.
• Be main client contact in the school and drive improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and financial targets with line manager.
• Train and supervise teams to ensure performance.
• Carry out on-site catering activities under supervision.
• Ensure food service meets quality and timeliness requirements.
• Organise ordering of materials and maintain records.
