Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to provide cover across Bedfordshire/Hertfordshire. The role is mobile, term-time only with no weekends, and requires your own transport (travel expenses paid).

You will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across 38 weeks per year, earning £14.50 per hour. Responsibilities include food preparation to Caterlink and client standards, maintaining health, safety and food safety compliance, and supporting location operations including inventory,

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that our locations meets statutory and company requirements of Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location and supervising teams including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
