TipTopJob is recruiting an Executive Chef Manager for a busy secondary school catering operation in South East London. You will lead a team of 13, own the kitchen operation, drive food quality, and deliver engaging menus while managing budgets and food costs.

The role offers a term-time contract (40 weeks per year) with a 40-hour working week, and a salary up to 37,000 GBP. It’s an excellent opportunity for career progression within an education catering operation.

Formación

• Experience leading a kitchen operation and managing a team of ~13.
• Strong hands-on and operational capabilities.
• Experience with fresh food and high-volume service.
• Experience in education catering is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
