Formación

• Experience leading on behaviour interventions and inclusion room management.
• Ability to monitor and report on student behaviour, attendance and progress.

Responsabilidades

• Pastoral care and academic progress of students across the Communities.
• Leading on a variety of interventions to support students in accessing the curriculum.
• Managing and lead the Inclusion Room ensuring that appropriate tone and discipline is maintained.
• Contributing to progress by managing student behaviour to ensure that all work is completed.
• Work closely with families to support the reintegration of students following suspensions.
