Job summary

The Holmesdale School is seeking a dynamic Intervention and Inclusion Room Manager to join our school support team in London. The role focuses on leading targeted behaviour interventions, monitoring student progress, and coordinating inclusion strategies to help students access the curriculum.

You will supervise the Inclusion Room, maintain discipline, and work with families to reintegrate students after suspensions.

Responsibilities

• Pastoral care and academic progress of students across the Communities
• Leading on a variety of interventions to support students in accessing the curriculum
• Managing and lead the Inclusion Room ensuring that appropriate tone and discipline is maintained
• Contributing to progress by managing student behaviour to ensure that all work is completed
• Work closely with families to support the reintegration of students following suspensions
