Job summary

Redhill Academy Trust is seeking an Inclusion Manager to lead the Student Support Centre and drive inclusive practice across our secondary school. You will manage a team of support staff and behavioural assistants, designing targeted interventions to support students with behavioural, emotional or social needs.

• Experienced in inclusion, SEND, or pastoral leadership within a secondary setting
• Skilled in behaviour management, safeguarding, and trauma-informed practice
• A confident communicator and collaborative leader
• Committed to equity, diversity, and student voice
• Able to inspire trust and build strong relationships with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operations of the Student Support Centre
• Manage a team of support staff and behavioural assistants
• Design and implement targeted interventions for students with behavioural, emotional, or social needs
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership team, teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to ensure joined-up support
• Champion inclusive practices and restorative approaches across the school
• Monitor impact and outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement
