KONE is seeking a Sales Tendering Specialist for a 12-month maternity cover based in Keighley, UK. This office-based role focuses on handling inquiries, preparing quotations, managing tender documents, and coordinating with field teams to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in sales or sales support, preferably in a technical environment.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Knowledge of lift industry standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or online channels, providing product information and guidance.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for lift installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with field sales, engineers and project managers to support sales.
• Follow up on quotations to convert leads into sales.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline.
