Job summary

KONE is seeking a Sales Tendering Specialist to handle inquiries, prepare competitive quotations and coordinate tender submissions from an office base in the UK. The role drives sales through proactive inquiry handling and close collaboration with field sales and technical teams.

You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, using CRM and Office tools to maintain records, track progress and report on pipeline and customer feedback. Hybrid working arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales / sales support, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
• Proactive and collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email or online platforms with product guidance.
• Generate accurate quotations for lift installations, repairs, modernizations and maintenance.
• Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents to meet client deadlines.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, quotations and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with field sales, engineers and project managers to support sales.
• Track quotations and follow up to convert leads into sales.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline status and customer feedback.
