Job summary

GE Vernova in the UK is seeking a Senior Tender Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes for service opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams to develop competitive Technical and Commercial Proposals. The role includes managing contractual and commercial risks and supporting deal execution.

You will negotiate terms with customers and ensure compliance while driving growth through collaboration with sales, engineering, sourcing and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in tender management and bid coordination.
• Experience negotiating customer terms and conditions.
• Strong risk management, costing and compliance background.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and customers.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive lean practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all functions in the bid team for timely preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Clarify and negotiate terms with the customer and handover won deals for execution.
• Identify, document and mitigate contractual risks; support internal deal reviews and compliance.
