Job summary

GE Vernova's Power Transmission team in Stafford seeks a Tendering Team Leader to guide a four-person Tender Specialists group and translate complex customer needs into accurate, competitive proposals. You will align Sales and Tendering, oversee the end-to-end tender process, and drive improvements while developing regional capability across the Nordics.

• Experience leading or coordinating a team in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience turning customer requirements into clear tenders and proposals.
• Understanding of how to translate requirements into technical and commercial offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a four-person Tender Specialists team.
• Prioritise and allocate enquiries to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Sales to clarify scope for offers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Sourcing, Field Services and Project Management.
• Oversee the end-to-end tendering process from enquiry to proposal handover.
• Help extend tendering support across the wider region including Nordics.
