Job summary

GE Vernova is recruiting a Power Systems Tender Manager to lead the technical coordination during tendering of major grid-scale projects, often exceeding £200M, including HVDC aspects. You will drive multi-team collaboration across global stakeholders and ensure compliant, competitive bids.

You should bring extensive tender leadership experience, strong HVDC or related power engineering background, and a proven track record in delivering complex EPC tenders on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tenders valued at large-scale EPC projects (often >£200M).
• Proven expertise in high-voltage engineering (HVDC preferred) or related power sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Solid understanding of EPC project lifecycle, risk, and execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global coordination of tender engineering activities and provide technical oversight across multi-work-package tenders.
• Architect and deliver competitive, technically sound solutions that meet customer requirements and project milestones.
• Collaborate with platform, control and design leaders to integrate best practices into tender strategies.
• Estimate budgets and define execution designs with regional leaders and Order-to-Remittance specialists.
