Job summary

Bridgeman Recruitment Services are recruiting an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to join a long-term social housing and refurbishment programme in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable, long-term work on a major 5-year programme.

You will act as the main contact between contractors, site teams, housing associations and tenants, carrying out visits, explaining works and coordinating access while resolving queries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer or Customer Liaison Officer.
• Experience within social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or construction is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident dealing with tenants and resolving difficult or sensitive situations.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact between the contractor, site teams, housing association and tenants throughout the programme of works.
• Carrying out pre-start and pre-entry visits.
• Explaining planned works, timescales and potential disruption to residents.
• Arranging access and appointments with tenants.
• Dealing with tenant queries, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Identifying vulnerable residents and escalating any concerns where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate records of tenant contact and appointments.
• Working closely with Site Managers, Project Managers and contractors.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback.
• Attending resident meetings and community engagement events where required.
• Supporting the site team in resolving issues that could delay the programme.
