Job summary

Think Recruitment is working with a Local Authority seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team. You will be the link between residents, managing agents and other stakeholders, ensuring issues are resolved and services are delivered to a high standard.

The role involves visiting properties nationwide, handling enquiries and complaints, and supporting resident engagement and staff training. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide are required.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in social or supported housing who enjoys working with residents, solving problems and making sure people receive the right support.

You’ll be the link between residents, Managing Agents and other stakeholders, helping to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and services are delivered to a high standard.

The role

What we're looking for

You’ll ideally have experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Housing Officer, Resident Liaison Officer or within social/supported housing.

You’ll need to be confident dealing with people, including difficult or sensitive situations, and be organised enough to manage your own workload and follow things through.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide required.
