Job summary

Bimplus is seeking a Tenancy / Resident Liaison Officer for a temporary ongoing position covering Birmingham and surrounding areas. You will act as the primary liaison between tenants and the contractor, coordinating refurbishment works on Social Housing properties and updating residents to minimise disruption.

The role requires proven experience in a similar position, a confident communicator who can build rapport quickly, and a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Skilled Careers are currently recruiting for a Tenancy / Resident Liaison Officer on a temporary ongoing basis based in the Birmingham area. Your role will cover the Birmingham and surrounding areas.

The work consists of refurbishment works on Social Housing properties, as a TLO you will be acting as the primary liaison between tenants and residents and the contractor, ensuring effective communication between the two, managing work schedules and updating tenants with these, to minimise any disruption and complaints as much as possible.

In order to be considered for the role, you will need proven experience in a similar role and be a confident communicator – able to successfully build rapport quickly with residents. Furthermore, you must have a full UK driving licence due to the area of coverage and have access to a vehicle

This is a lengthy temporary contract with a competitive rate of pay, it has the option to go permanent for the right individual, you must be driving and access to a vehicle and be in a position to start immediately
