Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer based in Birmingham to help vulnerable individuals sustain their tenancy and live independently.

You will provide advice, support service users with tenancy obligations, and contribute to the association's values and ethos. The role is office-based in Birmingham, 37.5 hours per week, salary £27,475.50 per annum, with benefits including annual leave and pension.

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Birmingham.
