The role focuses on developing bespoke support plans, contributing to the Association's values and culture, and delivering high-quality services. Fixed-term contract until August 2027, 37.5 hours per week with competitive benefits.

Purpose of the role

• The primary purpose of this project is to provide support to people with mental health support needs to live as independently as possible in their own home or temporary accommodation
• The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering a person centred support package that is bespoke to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service. The support should assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience to to maintain their independence.
• You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.

Adullam offers the following benefits:

Salary £26,890.50 per annum

dependent on experience for 37.5

hours per week on a

Fixed-Term Contract until August 2027,
