Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Leicester invites applications for a Service Coordinator to support people with complex needs within Floating Support, delivering person-centred packages tailored to each individual.

You will help service users build resilience for independent living and, where possible, move on to permanent housing, while upholding the Association’s values and safeguarding commitments.

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Leicester.

Purpose of the role

The primary purpose of this project is to provide support to people with multiple and complex needs as part of a Floating Support service.

The post holder is responsible for developing and delivering a person centred support package that is tailored to suit the needs of each individual accessing the service.

The support should assist service users in developing the skills required to build resilience to maintain independent living and either move on into permanent housing.
