Job summary

P3 Charity is seeking a supportive and empathetic person to work as a Support Worker in our housing services in Greater London. The role is site-based and part-time (30 hours per week), with a shift pattern Friday to Monday and a driving licence required to support clients in the community.

You will help young people aged 16–25 gain independent living skills, stay safe, and feel supported in their home. You’ll be part of a welcoming team, with lone-working some days, and a strong commitment to

Hours per week: 30 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Friday to Monday, between the hours of 7:45am and 8:15pm

If you have answered yes, then this could be the perfect job for you! We are looking for a Support Worker who knows what it takes to support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 living in supported housing.

You will be a 'Key Person' in making sure the people we work alongside are kept safe, gain independent living skills and feel happy and supported in their living environment. This role does involve some lone working, but you will be very much part of a welcoming and enthusiastic team of Support Workers.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure & Barring Services, paid for by P3.
