Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to help vulnerable clients sustain their tenancy and prevent homelessness. You will support tenants with budgeting, tenancy management and access to supportive services, while coordinating with landlords to secure housing solutions.

The role involves face-to-face work, office tasks and some home-working; full training will be provided for motivated candidates, and a diverse, inclusive culture is promoted.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be given.
