BCP Council is recruiting Tenancy Sustainment Officers to provide tailored, flexible support to residents in Kinson. The role focuses on sustaining tenancies, signposting services, improving wellbeing, and advocating for vulnerable adults within the community.

You will work across Housing and Protection teams, partnering with internal and external services, visiting clients at home, and using IT tools to manage cases while ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses.

Formación

• Experience of providing support to social housing tenants.
• Experience of partnership working with diverse backgrounds and levels.
• Empathy with tenants.
• Strong negotiation and motivational skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise under deadlines.
• Knowledge of welfare and benefit rights.
• Vehicle access for work.
• Able to visit clients in their own homes.

• Early intervention to prevent crisis and deterioration, improve health and general wellbeing including nutrition.
• Making a safe informed and independent choice on purchasing services, equipment and adaptations to meet their needs.
