Job summary

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is restructuring its Tenancy and Estate Services to ensure that it is customer-focused, proactive, and ready to deliver against the challenges it faces now and into the future.

As a key part of this we are looking for highly-motivated people to join our service as Tenancy Team Managers, who will each manage a team of Housing Services Officers, delivering a high quality tenancy and estate management service.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent experience directly relevant to the post.
• Significant experience of working in a frontline service environment in social housing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of motivated, well-trained officers, ensuring that their performance and development are managed effectively, so that targets and service standards are achieved.
