Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Housing Services Officers, ensuring targets and service standards are met.
• Oversee complex tenancy management interventions, including safeguarding/exploitation cases and related enforcement actions.
• Deliver a quality assurance function through audits and supervision to maintain service standards.
• Support active engagement with service users via community engagement initiatives and Tenants and Resident Associations.
