Hamptons is seeking a Tenancy Review Administrator to join the Tenancy Review Team in Pimlico, supporting our lettings portfolio and delivering a first-class experience to landlords and tenants.

You will manage tenancy review activity across our network, conduct market rent reviews, and provide data-led advice to ensure rental values reflect current market conditions while maintaining professional negotiations and compliance with legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings or premium customer service.
• Strong understanding of the lettings lifecycle and rental valuation principles.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with landlords and tenants.
• Confident negotiator with professionalism in discussions on rental values.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Highly organised with accuracy and service.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy review activity across Hamptons’ network of Lettings Offices.
• Engage with Landlords and Tenants to conduct market rent reviews.
• Undertake market rent analysis to reflect current market conditions.
• Manage negotiations between Landlords and Tenants to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.
• Deliver tenancy review outcomes focusing on tenant retention and referrals.
• Prepare and issue tenancy documentation in accordance with legislation and internal standards.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
