Job summary

Carter Jonas is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the management of a diverse Leeds portfolio. You will oversee occupied and void properties, drive asset optimisation and ensure compliance and value protection for clients.

You will collaborate with clients, occupiers and internal teams, managing contractors, inspections and records while delivering services to SLAs and KPIs. A strong emphasis on risk mitigation and relationship-building underpins this role.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in property/asset management.
• Strong stakeholder management across clients, occupiers and contractors.
• Commercially minded with ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience ensuring health, safety and compliance in property environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage designated portfolio of occupied and void properties and deliver asset management services.
• Oversee acquisition and onboarding of new assets with accurate record keeping.
• Identify opportunities to reduce void periods and costs, providing strategic advice to clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, occupiers, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure health and safety compliance when managing contractors and works.
