Job summary

GreenSquareAccord Limited in the West Midlands is seeking a motivated Housing Manager to lead a field-based team delivering locality-based tenancy management across our general needs schemes in Birmingham.

You will drive customer-centred tenancy services, including mutual exchanges, tenancy audits, estate inspections, ASB casework, and rent-related assignments. Strong housing law knowledge and people-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong housing legislation knowledge.
• Housing or related qualification or working towards.
• Minimum 2 years direct line management experience in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based team to deliver locality-based tenancy management across general needs schemes.
• Deliver customer-first tenancy management services including mutual exchanges, tenancy audits, estate inspections, ASB, and assignments.
• Engage in Locality Management Board structure to achieve targets for customers and communities in the locality.
