Job summary

The Guinness Partnership in Oldham is seeking a Tenancy Fraud Manager to lead our tenancy fraud function on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will drive proactive, intelligence-led investigations across the tenancy lifecycle, collaborating with allocations, tenancy management, customer services and legal, and ensuring enforcement where appropriate.

Regular travel across operating areas is required; a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tenancy fraud or housing fraud investigations.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy fraud typologies.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Data analysis ability to identify fraud patterns.
• Willingness to travel and build stakeholder relationships.
