The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Tenancy Fraud Manager in Oldham to lead the fraud function across the tenancy lifecycle. You will build robust processes, work with legal and customer services, and drive enforcement actions to ensure homes are occupied by eligible tenants.

You will use data, intel and CRM tools to identify fraud patterns, perform risk assessments and deliver insightful reports to senior leadership. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualificações

• Experience of conducting or overseeing investigations to evidential / legal standards.
• Proven experience leading tenancy fraud, housing fraud or financial crime investigations
• Strong knowledge of tenancy fraud typologies
• Excellent customer service delivery, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability using data and intelligence to identify fraud patterns
• Experience working with National Fraud Initiative, data matching tools and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and delivery of the tenancy fraud function across the lifecycle.
• Drive an intelligence-led approach to identifying, preventing and investigating tenancy fraud.
• Oversee complex investigations and enforcement actions in collaboration with allocations, tenancy management, customer services and legal.
• Establish robust fraud processes, governance frameworks and quality standards with case management oversight.
• Analyse trends from multiple data sources, undertake risk assessments and produce detailed leadership reports.
• Travel across operating areas to conduct investigations, build stakeholder relationships and attend meetings.
