Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious manufacturing client based in Normanton for Sales Order Processors to join their busy office team on a temporary contract running until Christmas.

This role supports the processing of customer orders and enquiries with a focus on accuracy and high-level customer service within a fast-paced environment. The position offers weekly pay, standard hours, and progression opportunities during a busy project period.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales administration, order processing, or customer service environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Able to multitask and manage a busy workload.
• Customer service oriented with professionalism.
• Capable of meeting deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Process and allocate incoming customer enquiries and orders using the company CRM system.
• Accurately input and manage customer orders.
• Check orders thoroughly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate, resolve, and monitor order-related issues.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Produce reports and provide administrative support as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
