Inspire Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Sales Order Processor in Chesterfield (S41). Join a busy, growing team to process customer orders, enter data accurately, liaise with customers and support the sales and operations teams.

Ideal candidates have strong data entry, clear communication, and proficiency with Outlook and Excel; experience with ERP/CRM systems is advantageous. Immediate start, on-site parking, and a potential permanent role.

Qualifications

• Prev. experience in sales order processing or order administration.
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Entering customer and order information onto internal systems.
• Liaising with customers regarding order updates, delivery schedules and queries.
• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
• Raising invoices and processing related paperwork.
• Resolving order discrepancies or delivery issues.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
