Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting a Template & Installations Co-ordinator for a prestigious manufacturing client in Normanton. This is a temporary contract until Christmas with 37.5 hours per week and a Monday–Friday pattern.

The role involves supporting field teams, investigating issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout installations, with weekly pay through The Best Connection.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced customer service, scheduling, coordination or operational support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues.
• Experience supporting field-based teams is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Organised and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for templating and installation teams, offering support and resolving queries.
• Investigate installation and site-related issues, carrying out root cause analysis and coordinating effective solutions.
• Set up and maintain accurate job information, including customer-specific requirements.
• Produce and issue clear job instructions for installation teams attending site.
• Liaise with internal departments and field-based colleagues to ensure a smooth installation process.
• Maintain accurate records and update information on internal CRM systems.
• Support the delivery of a right-first-time installation experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious manufacturing client based in Normanton for a Template & Installations Co-ordinator to join their busy operations team on a temporary contract running until Christmas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong customer service and problem-solving skills. You'll play a key role in supporting installation teams, investigating issues, coordinating solutions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the installation process.

• £13.59 per hour for the first 12 weeks
• Increases to £13.94 per hour after 12 weeks
• 37.5 hours per week
• Weekly pay through The Best Connection
• Monday to Friday working pattern

Working Hours

Alternating weekly shifts:

• Week 1: 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Week 2: 8:00am - 4:00pm

The Role

As a Template & Installations Co-ordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact for field-based templating and installation teams, providing support and guidance when issues arise on-site.

Working closely with operational departments and installation teams, you will investigate problems, coordinate resolutions, maintain accurate records, and help ensure installations are completed right first time.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex issues effectively.
• Experience supporting field-based teams would be advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
