Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Temporary Receptionist to join our client's car dealership team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills, a pleasant demeanor, and experience with Kerridge software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain building security by issuing visitor passes and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals.
• Manage the flow of visitors and appointments.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Check clients in for appointments and provide directions.
• Use Kerridge software to manage customer information and appointments.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Kerridge software.
• Ability to work both short-term and long-term assignments.
• Availability to work weekends.
