Job description

We are entering our peak period, during which our clients request holiday cover, vacancy cover, and sickness cover. We are seeking candidates interested in ad-hoc and ongoing temporary work to stay active this summer. Ideal candidates are warm, friendly, engaging, and possess a flair for top-level customer service.

You may not have previous experience in a corporate receptionist role; however, if you have a strong understanding of customer service, training for corporate reception roles can be provided. Training is paid and offered prior to your shift or on the day of your first booking.

A flexible attitude is essential, as work can vary. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, but evening and weekend shifts are also available. We operate a busy out-of-hours service where last-minute sickness calls can come in from 6 am, and you may be booked on the same day.

Our large client base includes law firms, banks, media companies, and multi-tenanted buildings. An open mind regarding work locations is important.

Duties Will Include

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Answering and transferring calls
• Booking meeting rooms
• Issuing visitor passes
• Conducting floor walks to ensure meeting rooms and areas are clean and tidy
• Offering and serving teas and coffees
