Job Details

Location: Spitalfields, London (Just a 3-minute walk from Aldgate East station or Liverpool Street!)

Contract: Permanent, Part Time (15 - 22.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday)

Responsibilities
  • Manage general office administration, including correspondence and supplies
  • Handle phone and email inquiries professionally and warmly
  • Assist with financial tasks such as drafting invoices and tracking expenses
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
  • Support HR tasks, including onboarding new employees
  • Assist with marketing and social media updates as needed
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant software
