Ashley Kate is supporting a growing business in recruiting a temporary HR Officer based in Doncaster. The role offers a salary of £35,000-£40,000, full-time, and is fully onsite from Monday to Friday, 0800-1700, with hours flexible to meet business needs. Key responsibilities include:

1. Participating in HR meetings and contributing ideas
2. Managing the implementation of HR initiatives to meet organizational goals
3. Assisting with employee relations and escalating complex issues to management
4. Supporting the wider HR team with various activities
5. Overseeing performance appraisals and supporting employee development
6. Identifying training and development needs across the workforce
7. Collaborating with payroll to resolve payroll-related queries
8. Generating HR data, metrics, and reports
9. Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews

About You - HR Officer

• Strong generalist HR experience with a proven background in managing ER cases
• Qualified to CIPD Level or relevant qualification
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
