This temporary Customer Service Representative Full Time role in Croydon supports the day-to-day processing of visa applications and renewals. Working 37.5 hours weekly on a rota basis, including two Saturdays monthly, the post pays up to £15 per hour plus holiday pay and runs until 31 December, with possible extension.

The successful candidate greets applicants, guides them through completing and checking forms, and ensures a smooth, professional visit. Strong communication, accuracy, and adaptability are essential, along with a valid DBS certificate and immediate availability. Previous customer-facing experience is advantageous.

• Location: Croydon
• Pay: £15.00 per hour + holiday pay accrual
• Duration: Until 31st of December with possibility of extension
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, rota basis
• Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 3pm and/or 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Saturday: 9am - 5pm (2/4 Saturdays per month)
• Requirement: Valid DBS certificate
