Job description

Position: Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Location:

Cowley

Salary:

£30,000 per annum

Overview:

Planet Recruitment has a new opportunity for a well-established organisation seeking a temporary Customer Service Advisor based on the outskirts of Cowley, Oxfordshire. Due to the location, driving is preferred; however, the role is accessible via public transport.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Support: Serve as the initial point of contact, delivering excellent customer experience via phone, email, and chat (including video).
  2. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide guidance on products and services, handle complaints, and ensure resolution with appropriate follow-up.
  3. Coordination: Communicate with transport providers to ensure seamless delivery.
  4. Order Management: Process orders, returns, and complaints efficiently within the e-commerce system.
  5. System Monitoring: Regularly check system processes and payment options to ensure smooth online store operations.
  6. Reporting: Maintain records of key performance metrics such as NPS and CSAT to support continuous improvement.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to service delivery and data management.
  8. Community Engagement: Manage social media interactions by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English for global communication.
  • Previous customer support experience.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process optimization.
  • Proficient IT skills and adaptability to new systems.

Commutable locations include INDCOM.
