Job summary

Confidential in Epsom is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team. The role is a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent, paying 12.71 per hour, with shifts Monday to Friday 8am–8pm and Saturday 9am–6pm.

You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, provide information, update records and resolve queries in a friendly, professional manner within a supportive team environment.

• Previous customer service experience handling a high volume of calls is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Confident speaking with customers and handling enquiries professionally.
• Good IT and administration skills.
