Qualifications

• Previous professional kitchen experience is essential.

• Good knife skills and confidence with food preparation.
• Own chef whites and professional knives; transport is essential.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section, preparing and cooking high-quality dishes while supporting the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Your duties may include:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard

• Taking responsibility for your section during service

• Supporting senior chefs with the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation

• Ensuring all food preparation areas and equipment are kept clean and tidy

• Working effectively as part of a professional kitchen team

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional kitchen experience is essential

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role

• Good knife skills and confidence with food preparation

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliability and punctuality
